The GatorEvals question set has three main categories

Student self-evaluation

Included in these categories will be Free Response QuestionsSupplemental Questions for Online Courses, and the Supplemental Questions for Lab Courses.

Student Self-evaluation Questions 

Self-evaluations are an important part of a student's educational experience. Students are asked to reflect on their experience over the course of the semester as they answer the following questions.
