DIG User Guides
Each school, department, or college has at least one designated staff or faculty member — known as a DIG User — who is responsible for setting up and managing course evaluations each term using GatorEvals, the University of Florida's official course evaluation system. As part of role, DIG users will review and adjust evaluation dates, manage course sections (such as splitting or merging), and opting out sections as appropriate. It is important to complete all setup steps before the evaluation period opens to ensure students and instructors have an accurate and timely evaluation experience. The resources below — including the Step by Step Guide — are designed to walk DIG Users through each part of this process.
