Access and Results

Each term, GatorEvals provides faculty with an auto-generated interim report from GatorEvals. Official GatorEvals and historical GatorRater data will now be available through the university's reporting tool called Cognos. By policy, course evaluation data is available to faculty the day after final grades are due to students in ONE.UF. 

How to access GatorEvals and GatorRater Data

Request the Proper ARS Role

1. To gain access to the Blue and Cognos reports for faculty under your purview, please request one of the following roles from your Department Security Administrator:
   • Deans - UF_COURSE_EVAL_COL_REPORT_VIEW
   • Department Chairs - UF_COURSE_EVAL_DPT_REPORT_VIEW
2. Once approved, you will be able to login to GatorEvals and Cognos to view your reports.

Please use the following navigation path to login to view your GatorEvals and GatorRater data in Cognos:

How to Access Data in GatorEvals 

College Dean Report Options

1. College Report
   • Aggregate report of all question values for instructors in the College. 
2. Department Report
   • Aggregate report of all question values for instructors in each Department in the College. 
3. College Export Summary Report
   • Aggregate report via Excel of all question values for instructors in the College. Similar to Response Export report provided in GatorRater. 
4. Individual Instructor Aggregated Report
   • Aggregate report of each faculty member in the College by Course/Term. 
5. Individual Instructor by Class Number Report 
   • Report of each faculty member in the College by Class Number. 

Department Chair Report Options

1. Department Report
   • Aggregate report of all question values for instructors in your Department. 
2. Department Export Summary Report
   • Aggregate report via Excel of all question values for instructors in the Department. Similar to Response Export report provided in GatorRater. 
3. Individual Instructor Aggregated Report
   • Aggregate report of each faculty member in the Department by Course/Term. 
4. Individual Instructor by Class Number Report 
   • Report of each faculty member in the Department by Class Number.
